Σκεφτομαι να αγορασω πρωτη φορα νιτρικο και εχω στο νου μου το superpump για το οποιο εχω ακουσει πολυ καλα λογια και να το συνδιασω με μια cellmass για μετα την προπονηση.Στο μονο που κολαω ειναι οτι και το νιτρικο εχει κρεατινη και δεν θελω να οδηγηθω σε υπερδοσολογια με την cellmass.Τι λετε?Εχετε δοκιμασει συνδιασμο νιτρικου,κρεατινης και πρωτεινης εννοειται μαζι?

εγω θα προτεινα να τα παρεις χωριστα ..
μην ξεχνας οτι τα νιτρικα εχουν καφεινη μεσα οποτε κρεατινη και καφεινη δεν παει..το ενα ανερει το αλλο..

Απο όσο γνωριζω η καφεϊνη μπορεί και να διευκολύνει την απορροφηση της κρεατινης,παντως προβλημα δεν δημιουργει.
Απο εκει και περα το σιγουρο ειναι οτι το μεγαλυτερο ποσοστο ερευνων γυρω απο την κρεατινη αφορα ληψη σκετης μονοϋδρικης κρεατινης, αν μιλαμε για μακροχρονιες ερευνες τοτε αποκλειστικα γι αυτην και για καμια αλλη μορφη.
Το C-Bol υποστηριζει οτι εχει καταφερει να βρει μια χρησιμη (απορροφησιμη) μορφη νιτρικου,δεν γνωριζω παραπανω.

Για τα πριξηματα καθαρα δεν με νοιαζει σιγα εξαλου δεν ειναι πραγματικοι μυες απλα μεσω των πρηξιματων με την αγγειοδιαστολη που γινεται και με την κρεατινη και μαζι με καλη διατροφη ελπιζω να τους γεμισω οσο θα ειναι ακομα πρισμενοι οι μυες με κρεας.Επισης εχω ακουσει οτι σε τσιταρει και σε δυναμωνει πνευματικα και σωματικα για καλυτερες προπονησεις

Ο μύθος ότι η καφείνη δημιουργεί πρόβλημα με την κρεατίνη είχε δημιουργηθεί πριν αρκετά χρόνια από ψευτοειδήμονες του χώρου(ΜΤ). Τώρα γνωρίζουμε ότι η λήψη καφείνης δεν δημιουργεί κανένα πρόβλημα στην κρεατίνη.

Orotic acid
Another popular and effective form used with success in sports supplements is orotic acid. . Orotic acid exerts it’s ergogenic benefits through 3 different pathways:
-It plays a pivotal role in biosynthetic pathway of pyrimidine metabolism. Pyrimidine metabolism produces pyrimidine nucleotide bases for the the storage of genetic
information in the form of DNA and RNA. Pyrimidine biosynthesis begins
with the condensation of aspartate and carbamoyl-phosphate in the
cytoplasm to form N-carbamoyl-aspartate, which is then enzymatically
converted to dihydroortic acid, which is further converted to orotic acid.
Orotic acid is then linked with a phosphoribosylpyrophosphate (PRPP) for
the formation of orotidine monophosphate (OMP), which is enzymatically
decarboxylated to uridine monophosphate (UMP) for the phosphorylation of
uridine diphosphate (UDP) and uridine triphosphate (UTP). UTP is then is
then animated to form the end product cytidine triphosphate (CTP). The
formation of pyrimidine nucleotides function as part of the building
blocks for RNA and DNA in our cells yet another function of UMP, UDP, and
UTP is glycogen synthesis.
-Another mechanism of orotic acid's ergogenic effect is due to its role in the
formation uridine phosphates. Uridine phosphates also play a significant
role in the formation of glycogen or the storage form of carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates are the predominate fuel source for aerobic and anaerobic
exercise depending upon the fed state of the individual. Adequate glycogen
stores are crucial for optimal physical performance. Orotic acid is
ultimately responsible for the formation of UDP-Glucose, which is an
extremely high energy compound that donates glycosyl units to the glycogen
chain and its the immediate precursor to glycogen synthesis. UTP also
possesses ergogenic benefits due to its role in glycogen synthesis and its
ability to donate phosphates for the formation of ATP and ADP. UTP
hydrolysis is energetically equivalent to ATP hydrolysis.
-Finally orotic acid exerts it’s ergogenic effects due to its vitamin
like properties and growth promoting effects. Orotic acid was once
referred to as vitamin B 13 due to its role with vitamin B12 and folate
metabolism. Orotic acid has been demonstrated to spare vitamin B12
And folate in animals and thus compensate for deficiency. Adequate B vitamin
stores are essential for carbohydrate metabolism, protein synthesis and
red blood cell formation. Thus it is proven to promote significant
acceleration of growth and functional maturation of animals due to increased oxygen consumption, frequency of respiration and cardiac contractions at rest.(9)
MAGNESIUM GLUCONATE
Magnesium is an essential mineral for the body. It takes part in hundreds of enzymatic reactions in the body, among them muscle relaxation and muscle protein synthesis. It is beneficial to the athlete in numeral ways: It can prevent muscle cramping(10,11) while it’s deficiency increases the risk for muscle injury and cramping (11). Meanwhile it’s ergogenic and performance enhancing attributes have been well established(12,13,14). ASCORBIC ACID

In that mechanism, Glutathione(GSH) binds to NO2 via the enzyme Glutathione-S-transferase and after the production of NO2 the GS leftover binds with another
molecule of Glutathione to create GS-SG. In brief words, for one molecule on NO to be created in the body, two molecules of Glutathione must be spent. It is also speculated the oxidative stress that NO production causes, further enhances Glutathione depletion. (18,19,20,21,22).
Of the various strategies used to overcome nitrate tolerance, Vitamin C supplementation has proven effective(23), much more than other popular antioxidants.
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)
NAC(N-acetylcysteine) has been a popular antioxidant and ergogenic agent used for many years in the supplement industry. It’s ability to attenuate exercise induced oxidant stress, restore muscle and cell glutathione levels, enhance recovery and improve performance is well documented(24, 25, 26, 27).
Of prime interest is the role of NAC in replenishing Glutathione levels. As already stated above, Glutathione levels need to be maintained in order for NO to have maximal effects and prevent nitrate tolerance, as well as for optimal body health. NAC has indeed shown to be able to ameliorate Nitrate tolerance and maintain NO efficiency in numerous studies(28, 29, 30) by maintaining NO bioactivation.
