    Συμφωνω απολυτα με τον φιλτατο Muscleboss.
    Βαλε οπωσδηποτε βαρη μαζι με την αεροβια.Επισης κανε μια διατροφη με υψηλη περιεκρικοτητα πρωτεινης μαζι ομως με υδατανθρακα.Αυτο θα βοηθησει στη προπονηση αλλα και στην καλυτερη αποροφηση της πρωτεινης.Απλα οσο περναει η μερα περιορισε τον υδατανθρακα και μετα τις 7-8 το βραδυ κοφτον εντελως.Τα αποτελεσματα θα εινε καλυτερα και πιο μονιμα.
