Φαίνεται αρκετά καλό. Οι μορφές βιταμινών και μετάλλων που έχει είναι από τις ποιο απορροφήσιμες! :thumbup:

Αν δεν το βρήκες από χορηγό στείλε ένα π.μ. να μου πεις λεπτομέρειες μήπως το παραγγείλω κι εγώ...

Την είχα δεν παλιά, master beef.

Είναι κάπως.... ξεπερασμένης φιλοσοφίας, καλύτερα να πάρεις κάτι με καλύτερες μορφές στις Β, λιγότερο β-καροτένιο, μαγγάνιο και Ε και, παράλληλα, περισσότερη D3.

Για σένα ψάχνεσαι;

ναι,αλλα την πηρα ηδη μαν..:P
την βρηκα ενα 10αρικο κ τι να πω...αισθανομαι πολυ φτηνιαρης τωρα τελευταια κ την πηρα:turtle:

ο σιδηρος μονο με προβληματιζει,αλλα δεν νομιζω να εχω θεμα..
