Καλησπερα και απο μενα.
Μετα απο προσεκτικο διαβασμα των posts σου, το πρωτο πραγμα που θα εκανα εαν ημουν στη θεση σου θα ηταν να αλλαζα προπονητη ετσι οπως τα παρουσιαζεις.Ισως σε βοηθαγε να ξεπερασεις ψυχολογικα το plateu που βρισκεσε.
Οσων αφορα το προγραμμα διατροφης το οποιο εσυ εβγαλες εχω την εντυπωση οτι εχει ελλειψη πρωτεινικων πηγων.Πρεπει να τις αυξησεις οπωσδηποτε.
Τελος σε απαντηση του τελευταιου ερωτηματος που εθεσες θα ελεγα οτι η καλυτερη πηγη απλων υδατανθρακων μετα την προπονηση ειναι η δεξτροζη.Παρε γυρω στα 50γρ, η λιγοτερα αν κανεις γραμμωση,αναλογα παντα με το σωματικο βαρος.Ψαξε λιγο θα την βρεις ευκολα ακομα κ σε σουπερμαρκετ αν εισε προσεκτικος....!!!, η αλλιως σε περιοδο που δε σε νοιαζει το κοψιμο δοκιμασε αμεσως μετα τη προπονηση 2-3 κουταλιες μελι.Αυτα προς το παρον
