Θα συμφωνίσω με τον sakisboy και θα προσθέσω ότι καφεϊνη (που πιθανόν να έχει το fat burner) και κρεατίνη δεν πάνε μαζί. Δεν έχουν παρενέργειες, αλλά η καφεϊνη εμποδίζει την δράση της κρεατίνης και καταλήγει σε χαμένα λευτά. Αν και η καφεϊνη έχει χρόνο ημιζωής (half-life) 3 ώρες και η κρεατίνη 9. Αν δεν τα πέρνεις μαζί δεν θα έχεις πρόβλημα. Διάλεξε και πάρε.
