Purus Labs Condense™ with patent-pending Nitratene™

Although nitrate, as related to exercise performance, is still in its infancy, the results on performance parameters are nothing short of salivary (pun intended)!

Nitrate has been shown to be a powerful aerobic and anaerobic ergogenic aid by reducing the oxygen cost of exercise, translating into lower perceived exertion and/or a greater maximal workload capacity. Astonishingly, the increased work comes without an accompanying increase in blood-lactate, meaning your muscles actually become more energetically efficient. This increase in mitochondrial efficiency (P/O ratio) is due to the reduced cost of ATP (muscular currency) to produce muscular force.

Beta alanine

This non-proteinogenic amino acid is a constituent of muscle-carnosine (beta-alanine-l-histidine), however, myocarnosine content has been shown to be significantly increased through beta alanine supplementation alone. Carnosine, which supplemental beta alanine enhances the muscular concentration of, helps stabilize muscular pH levels by buffering the hydrogen ions produced through intense exercise. Intuitively, this stacks nicely with nitrates as they synergistically work through different modalities to achieve the same endurance effect.

Betaine anhydrous

Betaine, or trimethylglycine, is an interesting compound found in beetroot juice as it serves as an osmolyte (protecting cells against dehydration), an antioxidant, and a methyl group donor serving to lower homocysteine levels. Human performance studies involving betaine found it increases power and force performance measures amongst trained individuals and was elucidated through these exercise protocols: bench press throw, bench press force, squat force, and vertical jump power. Another larger study concluded betaine aided in high intensity anaerobic training, allowing individuals to achieve more squat repetitions at 75% of their 1-RM with more repetitions achieved at ≥90% peak power.

1,3,7-trimethylxanthine

Obviously, caffeine is a widely used and highly efficient aerobic and anaerobic performance stimulant. Its effects are as highly acute and pronounced as they are vast. Caffeine improves cognition and alertness, antagonizes adenosine receptors, inhibits phosphodiesterase (PDE), increases epinephrine/norepinephrine/dopamine release, and enhances intracellular sodium/potassium pump activity.

Electrolytes

απ οτι εχω δει σε ξενα φορουμ,ατομα απ την εταιρια ειπαν οτι αυτα θα χει μεσα,απλα ακομα δε ξερουμε τις ακριβες δοσεις....νταξει μια χαρα αρκει να χει καλη τιμη,απλο φαινεται..

Καπου ειχα διαβασει οτι η betaine μεινωει λιγο την κορτιζολη,ανεβαζει την συνθεση της καρνιτινης και της κρεατινης και μετατρεπεται και σε dmg το οποιο εχει καποια ωφελει για τους αθλητες....επεισης εχει καποια + για το συκωτι...

το βρήκα ολοκληρωμένο!!!;) εμένα μου αρέσει λίγα κ καλά κ με ακριβείς ποσότητες!οι τύποι εκεί στην purus labs πιστεύω ότι ξέρουν τι κάνουν...Έχω κ μία παρατήρηση όμως. Λόγω των nitrates έπρεπε να έχει αντιοξειδωτικά!εδώ έχουν κάνει μία σημαντική παράλειψη. Για την betaine φίλε sofe κ εγώ αυτά έχω ακούσει που είναι θετικά αλλά νομίζω ο beef ή ο devil είχαν ποστάρει κάτι έρευνες που δεν ήταν και τόσο θετικές για την εν λόγω ουσία. Λοιπόν ακούω κριτικές τώρα που το έχουμε ολοκληρωμένο κ φρέσκο.:turtle:

Nitrate supplements don't work for athletes and could mess with blood pressure regulation - At least if you are a trained athlete who wants to improve his/her performance, the use of sodium nitrate is a waste of time and money - this is at least what the soon to be published results of a randomized, double-blind cross-over study by Spanish scientists would suggest. For their experiment, Bescós et al. recruited 13 trained athletes and had them perform a 40-min ergometer distance-trial test after a 3-day supplementation regimen with either sodium nitrate (10mg/kg body weight) or placebo (Bescós. 2012).
Contrary to earlier trials in non-trained subjects, the athletes' performance did not benefit from the supplemental nitrate - despite statistically significant increases in plasma nitrate (+17%) and nitrite (+56%), by the way. Moreover, the concommitant increase in endothelin-1, a protein that constricts blood vessels, raises blood pressure and thus counters the vasodilating effects of the nitrates raises concerns regarding potential side effects that could occur once you drop the supplement.

απλα λεει για sodium nitrate,αν και δε νομιζω να διαφερει με αυτο εδω.....

ενδιαφέρον η έρευνα σοφέ. Αν και εγώ ξέρω για πτώση της αρτηριακής πίεσης από τα nitrates...γενικά θέλουν ψάξιμο τα nitrates και δεν είμαι σίγουρος οτι είναι κ τα πιο ασφαλή. Δεν είναι τυχαίο που η thermolife πχ που τα πρωτοέφερε στην αγορά, τα βάζει με αντιοξειδωτικά + vit.C κτλ. Γι αυτό είπα ότι εδώ έχουν κάνει μία παράλειψη, από την στιγμή που η δόση των nitrates είναι κ μεγάλη...

δοκιμασα ενα δειγμα απ αυτο σημερα...γευση μηλο καλη,διαλυτοτητα αριστη δε χρειαστηκε ουτε καν με κουταλακι να το ανακατεψω...αλλα δε κανει τιποτα,ενας καφες με πιανει πολυ καλυτερα και τα nitrates που περιεχει ριχνουν την πιεση κατι που ειναι αρνητικο για πριν την προπονηση γιατι νιωθεις σα κομμενος,αν και φτηνο δε θα το προτεινα,καλυτερα σκετη β.αλανινη πριν την προπονηση μ εναν καφε της αρεσκειας σας..

ps. βλεπω το ποστ μου πιο πανω σχετικα με τα nitrates και την πιεση,τελικα ισχυει...
