Per Serving λεει αλλα δεν ξέρω για αυτο το προιόν πόσα scoops ειναι η κάθε δόση. Αν θέλεις τσέκαρε την συνολική ποσότητα διαιρεσε το δια τον αριθμό servings που έχει ανα κουτί οπότε θα δούμε για ποσα γρ μιλαμε σε κάθε δόση.

Λογικα εκει στα 4-5 scoop προιοντος θα ειnai,απο αλλα gainers εχω που δει ολα κοντα
50 gr προτεινη πεζοun ανα 4-5 scoop.

Αυτα παραπανω ειναι τα στατιστικα της. Πρωτεινη για αυξηση ογκου.

Ειναι καλη η' να συνδιασω μια πρωτεινη γραμμωσης (90-100%) με 2 μπανανες και μελι μετα την προπονηση?

bro,ειχα παρει πολλα 5κιλα απο δαυτο..απο γευση ηταν οκ..λιπος δεν μου εβαλε αν εννοεις αυτο με το"καλη"που λες..αλλα εγω ειμαι εκτομορφικος,κ καιω πολυ στις προπο μου,κ γενικοτερα..

τωρα για το τι θα κανεις με μπανανες κλπ,αυτο ειναι στην κριση σου..
