Βασικά σήμερα έκανα εγγραφή στο forum και δεν το ήξερα, αλλά thanks για την ενημέρωση. Τέσπα ξερεί κανείς σας για αυτό που ρώτησα? Αυτά τα μίγματα με καζεϊνη τα έχει τσεκάρει κανείς σας σε εργαστήριο να δει αν όντως έχουν ικανοποιητικά ποσοστά καζεϊνης, ή να πάρω κάποιο σκεύασμα με σκέτη καζείνη? Γένικα έχει τσεκάρει κανείς σας ακόμα και σκευάσματα που γράφουν τι περιέχουν να δει αν όντως περιέχουν αυτά που γράφουν? Γιατί ποτέ δεν ξέρεις. Διάβασα χθες κάπου για ένα σκάνδαλο με την γνωστή εταιρεία συμπληρωμάτων διατροφής BSN, νομίζω ότι η κρεατίνη της δεν είχε αυτά που έλεγε ότι είχε και ότι δίναν τζάμπα τα λεφτά τους τα κορόιδα.

Πρώτον υπάρχουν τα μίγματα που απλά γράφουν π.χ. έχει καζείνη, whey isolate, αυγό και δεν ξέρω και γω τι άλλο και απλά γράφει πόσα γραμμάρια προτείνης έχει στα 100 όχι πόση καζείνη πόση whey πόση προτείνη αυγού και δεύτερον όπως προανέφερα στο βωμό του κέρδους γίνονται πολλά βλέπε το παράδειγμα το σκάνδαλο με την κρεατίνη της BSN και πόσα άλλα που απλά δεν έχουν βγει στο φως της δημοσιότητας.

όσον αφορά αυτό που λες για τα συμπληρώματα
1)καλύτερα ΄πάρε μία σκέτη καζείνη και ανακάτεψέ τη με ορρογαλακτική πρωτείνη εσύ.

2)θέλει πολλάφράγκα για να τεστάρεις ένα συμπλήρωμα
(μέσω μίας φίλης πήγα να το κάνω που δουλεύει σε εργαστήριο και πάλι δεν έγινε για οικονομικούς λόγους-ειδικά αν θέλεςι να ψάξεις αν έχουν άλλες ουσίες από αυτές που γράφουν και όχι μόνο την ποσότητα όσων γράφουν)

3)υπαρχει στο φόρουμ ένα τόπικ με μία λίστα συμπληρωμάτων που εξεταστηκαν και δεν "πέρασαν".
παράδειγματα που θυμ'αμαι DYMATIZE-MUSCLETECH στην πρώτη μία πρωτείνη (elite) είχε λιγότερη πρωτείνη από όση έγραφαν και στην άλλη δε θυμάμαι το προιόν είχαν ΑΑΣ σε ίχνη αν δεν κάνω λάθος

Απλά τα συμπληρώματα που έιναι μίξη διάφορων προτεινών τείνουν να είναι φθηνότερα, να και ο λόγος που το ρωτάω αλλιώς θα έπαιρνα καθαρή καζείνη χωρίς συζήτηση. Αλήθεια εσείς από που αγοράζεται συμπληρώματα και σε τι τιμές?

αν και νομίζω είμαστε οφ τόπικ, στα γρήγορα να σου πω ότι συνήθως οι των πολλών πηγών πρωτείνες έχουν αρκετή σαβούρα μέσα και επίσης όσον αφορά τα γραμμάρια πρωτείνης και τις΄συνολικε΄ς δόσεις που βγάζουν δε συμφέρουν.

δε μπορούμε να λέμε για μαγαζιά και τιμές, είναι κανόνας. παίζουν χορηγοί. μέσω πμ

Δεν ειναι κατα αναγκη κακης ποιοτητας οι πρωτεινες με πολλες πηγες. Ειναι μια τακτικη που ακολουθουν πολλες εταιριες πλεον. Ο ανταγωνισμος πολλες φορες διαμορφωνει τις τιμες.

LordOfTerror οπως ειδες εχουμε και χορηγους τους οποιους το site :bodybuildinggr: εχει επιλεξει!!! Θα μπορουσες να απευθυνθεις και σαυτους. Εμεις απο εδω δεν επιτρεπεται να σου πουμε, εκτος αν θελει καποιος να σου πει τη γνωμη του σε π.μ.

γι'αυτο Νάσσερ είπα και "συνήθως". αρκετές έχουν πολλή ζάχαρη-υδατάνθρακες μέσα. όχι όλες.

πχ εγώ βρήκα μία blend isolate με μηδέν έως ελάχιστο ζάχαρη-λίπη-υδατάνθρακες-χοληστερόλη κλπ αλλά από γεύση απλά :puke:

την ανακάτεψα με syntha-6 50-50 και πάλι άθλια ήταν...
