Πιστευω αυτο που κανεις θα εχει δυο επιπτωσεις.
1.Η πρωτη κ χειροτερη ειναι πως βαζεις σε κινδυνο την υγεια σου αφου φερνεις το σωμα σου σε συνεχη κουραση κ μπορει να παθεις υπερκοπωση!(Ασε που αν την παθεις χαιρετα το τζιμ για κανα μηνα τουλαχιστον)
