Performance Protein V2 contains fast and slow release proteins within an advanced time-release blend, designed to "trickle feed" your muscles high-quality protein, both immediately (making it perfect post-workout or in the morning), and for up to 8hrs after (making it perfect before bed or as a snack as well).

We include fast digesting Whey Protein Concentrate (30% of blend), followed by slow digesting Milk Protein Concentrate (25%), and medium speed digestion Soy Protein Isolate (20%). Whey Protein Concentrate is highly bioavailable, fast acting, and packed with muscle building amino acids. Milk Protein Concentrate is a natural combination of Whey (20%) and Casein (80%) that forms a gel in the stomach after drinking, slowly digesting over 8hrs making sure your body stays packed with protein. Soy Protein Isolate is one of the only plant proteins in existence that has a full spectrum of essential amino acids making it a complete protein, just like whey. What are the Benefits of Power Complex?

Creatine is proven to boost strength, power and muscle mass through increasing ATP production. ATP is a chemical that's required to make your muscles contract effectively, and greater levels of ATP will ultimately lead to improvements in strength, power and endurance. Taurine has somewhat similar properties to Creatine, it helps draw water into your muscle cells, acting as a cell volumiser which helps draw additional nutrients into the muscle and in turn aids recovery and muscle growth. Taurine has no stimulant properties and will not keep you up at night, just improve cell volumisation, nutrient shuttling and work in synthesis with the creatine to improve the results of both together. Lysine is an essential amino acid, meaning it must be taken in through diet or supplementation and cannot be made within the body. It is an essential building block for all protein in the body, plays a major role in calcium absorption, recovering from sports injuries, and the body's production of hormones, enzymes, and antibodies. Lastly, Glycine has been shown to help prevent the breakdown of muscle by boosting the body’s levels of creatine, help regulate blood sugar, reduce intra-abdominal fat accumulation, and acts as an immuno-nutrient for the liver. Both in isolation and in combination, Power Complex means you should get greater results from Performance Protein V2 than by taking protein alone.

Suggested Use:
Performance Protein has been designed to be used at any time of day - post-workout, between meals or before bed. Simply add 1 and a half scoops (45g) Performance Protein to 250ml water or skimmed milk, in your Bodybuilding Warehouse blender, shake and enjoy. For a stronger flavour, mix in less liquid. For a weaker flavour, add more water. Performance Protein can be used all year round and does not need to be loaded or cycled.

Δυστυχως ειναι μετρια απο οτι ειδα η τριτη πηγη πρωτεινη της ειναι Soy Protein Isolate δηλαδη πρωτεινη σογιας,γι αυτο και οχι η τοσο καλη διαλυτικοτητα της.
