Δεν ειναι κακη καποτε σκεφτομουν και εγω να την παρω αλλα τωρα πλεον σκεφτομαι πως συμφαιρει καλυτερα να παρεις μια whey isolate,waxy maize,και ισως αν θες και instant oats και εισαι καλυμενος.Εγω παντως και απο οικονομικης αποψης προτιμησα αυτο

η ιδια εταιρια βγαζει 2 πολυ καλυτερες,τις omin-mx...τα χουν ολα και σε καλη τιμη....

μια χαρά κ αυτή. Εγώ είχα δοκιμάσει την Grow Hardcore -που είναι παρόμοιες- σαν MRP και μου έκανε πολύ καλή εντύπωση. Ελαφριά στο στομάχι, καλή διαλυτότητα μια χαρά. Γενικά την εταιρία την εμπιστεύομαι, πιστεύω ότι ό,τι αναγράφει αυτό έχει και στην πραγματικότητα. Απλά εδώ Ελλάδα είναι πανάκριβη, εγώ την είχα πάρει από Αγγλία σε πολύ καλή τιμή.
